How to Access the Browsing Link to Buy a Ringtone
Phone Requirements: SMS and Mobile Internet (WAP) enabled. All AT&T, Cingular, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint customers can use the service to identify a song (Boost/Nextel coming soon). However, you must enable SMS text messaging on your phone.

NOTE: Currently, only customers on AT&T/Cingular may be able to link directly from the text message to get ringtones. All users, however, can go online to www.411SONG.com to buy ringtones, CDs and digital downloads.

AT&T/Cingular may charge fees for using the mobile web to view the link from your handset. Please check your rate plan.


How to use 411-SONG on your phone

After You ID A Song

•	To start your 411-SONG experience, click directly on the link, or follow your handset's instructions to open the mobile web link.
•	The link will take you to the mobile internet (WAP) page with links that are relevant to your song identification.

Web (WAP) Links Explained
The 411-SONG service allows you to browse our music catalog from your cell phone and find items you might be interested in. It works just like the web, but from your phone! Here’s how it works and what things mean:

From URL in SMS	We’ve identified your song and have more information for you:
	Your 411-SONG homepage will look something like this: Song List – link to your Song List (if you’ve used 411-SONG before, we’ll have an interactive list of all your previous IDs) The Ringtone – If we have the ringtone for your song, you can get it too! Just click on this link and we’ll take you straight to the download page. Album Information – want to see what album your song is on? Click this link and we’ll show you all the information about the album. Artist Information – this will give you links to other albums by the artist of your song, and you can see compilations and soundtracks that they have performed on! Related Artists – You might be interested to know what other artists are related to the one that performs the song you ID’d, if so, click on this link!

Song List	An interactive list of all the ID’s you’ve made using 411-SONG. The page will look something like this: As you scroll through the page,you can click on anything that is highlighted, and it will load the relevant page

The Ringtone	If we have the ringtone then we’ll show it, we also look for other ringtones by that artist, and we’ll list alternative ringtones that fit in the same category as the song you just ID’d. If you just ID’d ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ by Snoop Dogg, the page could look like this: As you scroll through the page, any links will be highlighted, just click to move to that page.

Album Info	Album info tells you which album the song you ID’d is on. On this page you can link through to an album review if there is one, the track list, ringtones that are related & related albums – all this from one song! From ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ by Snoop Dogg, the – Album Info - page will look something like this: [PA]? - Well; this has a parental advisory restriction on the album release. If there is extra information about the album, like what type of format it’s in, or whether or not it has a parental advisory sticker, we’ll let you know in. 11/2004? - It’s the album release date. You might have ID’d a song that is on an album that hasn’t been released yet. If you want to buy the album, don’t worry, it’s been added to your wishlist and you can always get to it later!

Artist Info	Artist info gives you options to browse artist related links. When this page loads, a direct link to artist ringtones is created as well as a link to related artists. From ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ by Snoop Dogg, the – Artist Info - page will look something like this: Related Ringtones? Ringtones by this artist and the genre the song falls under Related Artists? Other artists that yours has worked with. See the <insert hyperlink to relevant description> for more details. Compilations & Soundtracks You might be interested in an album made up of a collection of songs that your artist appears on, or a soundtrack that features the artist.

Related Artists	Related artist is a great way to find out more artist information you might be interested in. Did you know that Snoop Dogg has worked with Ludacris? What about Chingy and Justin Timberlake? From your Snoop Dogg ID, the page will look something like this Click on any one of the artist links, and we’ll load a new <– Artist Info –> page for you, complete with all the relevant updated links! You can go round and round as long as you like, discovering more and more artists! (Artists are listed alphabetically, if there are too many to show on one page, click on more…)
Glossary Here is a list of all the link names and a brief description of what they mean.

Song List	This is your up to date interactive list of all the ID’s you have made.
The Ringtone	The ringtone of the song you ID’d if its available for download
Related Ringtones	Ringtones for the artist from the ID or from the Music Genre
Album Info	Album information
Album Review	We have reviews for a large number of albums in our catalogue, you might want to read comments from Rolling Stone, Q etc..
Track List	The track list from the album the song your ID appears on. If we have a ringtone for any of the songs in the track listing, we’ll highlight it and you can go straight to the download page!
Artist Info	This page lists links to artist related pages and shows all the albums the artist has released
