applications. NMK has some incredibly talented and motivated people working for
it coming from the music, telephony, internet, wireless, and consumer
industries. NMK is based in New York City and has offices in London.

Chief Executive Officer
Sunjay Guleria
Sunjay brings to 411-SONG over 12 years of global marketing and business
development experience working in the consumer, wireless, and music services
industries.
Prior to joining 411-SONG in 2003, Sunjay worked in senior marketing positions
driving consumer marketing, direct marketing and brand development for
Teltier/DynamicSoft (NASDAQ: CSCO), Liquid Audio, Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) and
Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG). At Liquid Audio, Sunjay was responsible for
the conceptualization and co-authoring of the SDMI-adopted "check-in-check-out"
secure file-sharing method, helping to create the blueprint for today's iPodT
and other digital media players. Additionally, Sunjay developed co-marketing
and business development relationships with Yahoo!, Listen, and Levi's leading
up to the company's IPO back in 1999. While at Time Warner, Sunjay created,
developed, and managed the first co-marketing arrangement between Warner Home
Video and Kellogg's on a pan-European basis. At P&G, Sunjay was responsible
for the Pampers brand and also for launching Bounty paper towels into the
Italian market.
Sunjay holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley (Haas School of
Business) and a BA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Chief Operating Officer
Mike Pears
Mike Pears is a music business and technology specialist with extensive
experience formulating and implementing strategies for some of the world's
largest entertainment, media and technology companies.
A former Strategy Consultant for Ernst & Young, Pears later served as Vice
President of Business Services at the Recording Industry Association of America
(RIAA) where he spearheaded several initiatives relating to rights and asset
management.
As its Executive Director, Pears oversaw the development of SoundExchange, the
US's first Collecting Society for sound recording performance rights.
SoundExchange now collects and distributes performance revenue for over 85% of
the US sound recording market, equating to over $25 million annually, mostly
from Webcasting and cable/satellite subscription services.
Most recently, Pears co-founded and is now Chief Operating Officer of MusiKube,
which launched its award winning 411-SONG mobile music discovery service in
2005.
Vice President, Product
Development
David Yon
David has over 8 years of Product Management and Product Marketing experience at
leading Internet and Telecommunications companies in Europe and the United
States.
At Nortel Networks, as Director of e-Business, David led the development and
implementation of new e-Business applications for major Nortel customers
including most of the US Carriers and Mobile Operators. His team also
introduced in early 2001 a WAP-compatible version of the corporate website and
intranet.
At Bay Networks, David was responsible for pan-European Advertising Strategy,
Web Operations and introduced innovative Integrated Marketing Campaigns across
Europe.
Prior to his tenure at 411-SONG, David also consulted various small companies in
their early stage to define their Product Roadmap and business strategy to
enter the Mobile and Music Marketing space. Such companies include Calcey
Technologies, Stimulate and M.I.A.
David holds a MBA from the CERAM European Business School, in Sophia-Antipolis,
France, as well as a Bachelor in Finance form the University of Nice, France.
